Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not started.
  • Forcustom or made-to-order products, cancellations may not be possible or may involve a cancellation fee.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, with all tags intact. Once the item is inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment mode. Some items (e.g., custom orders, cushions, natural wood variations) may not be eligible for return.

We provide a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects such as structural issues, wood cracking, or hardware failure. Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling. Repair or replacement is at Craftkala’s discretion after inspection.

Standard delivery timelines are 10–20 business days depending on the product and location. Custom or bulk orders may take longer, with timelines shared during purchase. You’ll also receive updates via SMS and email.

Craftkala uses 100% solid wood — primarily Sheesham (Indian Rosewood), Mango wood, and Teak — depending on the piece. Unlike engineered wood or MDF used by mass-market brands, solid wood furniture is structurally stronger, ages beautifully, and can last 20–30 years with basic care. Each piece develops a richer patina over time, making it genuinely more beautiful the longer you own it.

Yes Craftkala offers customisation on size, finish, stain colour, and hardware for most pieces. Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks and are confirmed with a 50% advance. If you have a specific brief a non-standard bed size, a particular finish, or a full room set contact us on WhatsApp or email and we’ll share a custom quote within 24 hours.

Solid wood is easy to maintain with a few simple habits: dust weekly with a soft, dry cloth; avoid direct sunlight and heating vents to prevent warping; use coasters under glasses and mats under hot items; clean spills immediately with a damp (not wet) cloth; and apply a wood conditioner or natural oil every 6–12 months to keep the grain nourished and the finish alive. Avoid silicone-based polishes they coat rather than nourish the wood.
