  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged during transit.
  • The item received is defective or not functioning as intended.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike after use.
  • Products that have been used, washed, assembled, or altered.
  • items without original packaging, invoice, or tags.

For hygiene and uniqueness of products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products with natural variations in wood, texture, color, or finish (as these are inherent to handcrafted items).

To initiate a return:

    • Items must be shipped in original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
    • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect product.
  1. Refunds
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued through bank transfer after collecting your bank details.
  1. Replacements & Exchanges
  • In case of defective or damaged items, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
  • Exchanges are available only for eligible items and will follow the same return process.
